If you received your items and there was an error in how your design was printed and you are not satisfied with the way it looks, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Because each order is custom made by hand and is unique to you, we cannot offer refunds. However, we are happy to send you a newly printed item at no extra charge to you. If we sent you the wrong color or size by our mistake, we are also happy to remediate that. If you however, selected the wrong size or color option, we are not responsible. If you made an error in shipping details, we are not held responsible for inaccurate shipping information. Please ensure that you have the correct size and color information for your items, and that you provide us with the correct shipping address to avoid potential discrepancies.
